Happ-Bee Halloween

Here's what I've decided: Halloween is fun when you're a kid, and when you have kids, but that's about it. Case in point: After the age of 12, we were no longer allowed to go trick-or-treating in our household, even if we could pull off looking like we were 12 up until we were 16. Thanks mom and dad. In fact, some of us in said household didn't even get to go when we were 12 because Halloween just happened to fall on a Sunday that year. Was there a "make-up" Halloween? No. Thanks again to the parentals for that one :) So after age 11, it really hasn't been too exciting for me. My first Halloween here in Utah was spent cleaning, and trying to cheer up a certain depressed Russian roommate. I rocked at the cleaning....but ended up going to bed before the depression was gone from the roommate (no worries--- she woke up the next morning--- alive and everything). Last year, my second year out here, was spent with my husband, at my sister's house, for a Rockin' 2008 Halloween Party. Allow me to expan with a definition: Rockin' 2008 Halloween Party: Michael Jackson's "Thriller" music-video on repeat...all...night...long. Scary? Yes--- definitely. Rockin'....possibly. Party? I fell asleep.

This year I have looked forward to Halloween, like never before....because I have my very own (well...shared I guess)... baby to dress-up--- and dress up we did! Thank you Smith's Marketplace for your 40% baby costumes sale. Thank you dear Andy for making $17.00 for us to put towards the cheap (monetarily speaking) costume. And thank you Reagan- for taking a break from your screaming long enough for us to fake like you were having a good night :)

Can you see the stinger?

I like big butts...and I cannot lie :)

The nose is a blend of eye-liner, and sweet potatotes.

Literally, cutest baby alive. That's right Elise and Carrie....cutest baby ever!!! :)

HAPP-BEE HALLOWEEN!!!

*More Halloween festivities to follow....if I can get them up in the next few days....let's be honest....it'll probably be in the next few months.

Yay, you posted something!! You should have hung out with us last Halloween! So rude that you didn't. Reagan is the cutest little bee ever. And the second cutest baby in the world--but you probably think that about Audrey, so we're even.

I love your paintings! And your rug. And your baby. And we miss our Schmidtys!

Steph thanks for the shout out! It looks like you had an exciting Halloween! I bet Reagan didn't get called a little boy all night long.
